1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of protocol.org.in and to the courses, coaching programmes and corporate training provided by Protocol, a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (GSTIN 29AAJFP2705N1ZT), of 399/1, 7th Cross, First Floor, Ashoka Pillar Road, Jayanagar 1st Block, Bengaluru 560011, Karnataka, India (“Protocol”, “we”, “us”).

By using our website, or by enrolling in or attending a Protocol programme, you agree to these terms. For corporate programmes, the proposal, quotation or agreement signed with your organisation also applies, and takes priority if it differs from these terms.

2. Using our website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• try to access areas of the website that are not meant to be public, or interfere with its security or performance;
• upload or send anything harmful, such as malware or spam;
• copy or harvest content or data from the website using automated tools;
• pretend to be someone else, or misuse our name, logo or content.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but course details, timings and trainers can change. Please confirm the details with us before you enrol.

3. Enquiries, demo classes and pre-assessments

Enquiring with us, attending a free demo class or taking a free pre-assessment for Executive Coaching places you under no obligation to enrol. When you enquire, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Enrolment and fees

• Your place is confirmed once you have completed enrolment and paid the fee we have communicated to you in writing.
• Fees are shared on request and in our course brochures and quotations, which state whether GST is included.
• Participants aged 16 or 17 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enrol.
• We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
• If fees for a corporate programme are not paid as agreed, we may pause the programme or hold back certificates until payment is received.

5. Refunds, transfers and cancellations

Group courses

• Fees are non-refundable once paid.
• If you cannot start or continue your course, you may request a transfer to a later batch of the same course, subject to seat availability, within three months of your original start date.
• Transfers must be requested in writing — email info@protocol.org.in or message us on WhatsApp.

Executive Coaching

• Fees for Executive Coaching are non-refundable once paid.
• Individual sessions can be rescheduled by mutual agreement — see Attendance and make-up sessions.

Corporate training programmes

• Fees for in-house corporate training are non-refundable once the programme is confirmed.
• Rescheduling may be possible depending on trainer availability. Please tell us about changes as early as possible.

If we cancel

If Protocol has to cancel or postpone a session, we will reschedule it at no extra cost. If we cancel a course before it begins and cannot offer you a suitable alternative batch, we will refund the fees you have paid for that course.

6. Attendance and make-up sessions

Regular attendance is important to get the most from your course. If you are going to miss a class, tell our office at least one day before your next scheduled session and we will arrange a make-up session. Executive Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

7. Online sessions

Online sessions are held live on Google Meet. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device. To protect everyone’s privacy, please do not record, photograph or share sessions without the consent of Protocol and the other participants.

8. Conduct

We expect every participant to treat trainers, staff and fellow participants with respect. Harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. We may remove a participant from a course for serious or repeated misconduct, without a refund.

9. Certificates

Participants who complete their course or programme receive a Protocol certificate, subject to the attendance and participation requirements explained by your trainer. Protocol is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation; the certificate you receive is issued by Protocol.

10. Course materials and intellectual property

All content on this website and all course materials — including e-books, handouts, presentations, exercises and Protocol’s training methods — belong to Protocol or are used with permission. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, publish or use them to train others commercially without our written permission. Our name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

11. Changes to courses and schedules

We may occasionally need to change a course’s content, timings, venue or trainer — for example, due to trainer availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will let you know in advance wherever possible, and offer an alternative if a change affects you significantly.

12. Our responsibility to you

We deliver every programme with care and skill. However, results such as a job offer, promotion or business outcome depend on many factors, including your own effort, and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Protocol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to a course or programme is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Changes will not affect a course you have already paid for, unless the law requires them.
