What do I need to join?

A laptop or smartphone with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to speak. Google Meet runs in your browser on a laptop, or through the free Meet app on your phone.

Are the sessions recorded?

No. All classes are live, so you practise speaking in real time with your trainer and batchmates. If you’ll miss a class, tell us at least a day before and we’ll arrange a make-up session.

When are the classes?

Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 am – 1:30 pm IST, for 8 weeks. This is the only online batch.

Can I join from outside Bengaluru or India?

Yes. The course is fully online, so you can join from any city or country — just note that timings are in Indian Standard Time.

When can I start?

Batches are rolling, so you can join in any week. Most people start with a free demo class on Google Meet to meet the trainer first.

Is online as effective as in person?

It follows the same curriculum as our in-person batches, taught live — with breakout rooms, role plays, presentations and personal feedback in every session.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. You receive a Protocol certificate on completing the course. Protocol is an ISO 9001:2015 certified training institute.
