Who can join Protocol’s courses?
Anyone aged 16 and above — students, graduates, job seekers and working professionals. You only need a basic understanding of English; our courses build intermediate and advanced communication skills from there.
Are classes in person or online?
Most courses run in person at our Jayanagar training centre in Bangalore, and several are also available online or in a hybrid format. Each course page lists the options available.
How do I choose the right course?

Who are the trainers?
