Founded by two passionate individuals with over three decades of expertise, we have a vision to build one of the finest Finishing Schools.

The Founder and Managing Director of Protocol, Kauser Khan is a high spirited International Premium Lead Corporate Trainer with an International Certification on Etiquette and Grooming. With over 27 years of global experience she has left a remarkable impression on the lives of all her clients. Her dedication and unwavering commitment towards her profession is what made her build new standards for corporate training and build some of the most distinguished training programs across the world.

Kauser khan is an Image Stylist , a Columnist who writes in Deccan Herald, Women Planet, Times Of India, Deccan Chronicles, DNA and magazines such as Outlook to name a few.

Usman is the Director of Business Operations at PROTOCOL.
Usman is an Engineer by qualification and by profession he is a certified Corporate Trainer.
He understands the gap that arises in between the aspirations that youth of today have and challenges that they face in a traditional corporate setting. His method of training utilizes tools in which this gap can be bridged seamlessly by improving the inherent qualities of his trainees. He attains this by constantly motivating his trainees to build on their self-esteem by altering their self-talk.
In each of his trainings, he believes in connecting with his audience and imparting quality His remarkable attributes of observation, patience and great listening skills combined with empathy are what make him distinctive as a trainer and motivator.

Head of Finance

With his expertise in numbers and finance, Pradip is an invaluable member of our team at Protocol. As the head of our financial department, he oversees important tasks such as budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. His dedicated work has been instrumental in facilitating a smooth transition for us from a vendor to a regular training support, and his availability as the point of contact for all financial matters ensures that our finances are properly managed and accounted for.
