Usman is the Managing Director of PROTOCOL. He is an Engineer by qualification and, by profession, a certified Corporate Trainer. He understands the gap that arises between the aspirations of today’s youth and the challenges they face in a traditional corporate setting. His method of training utilizes tools to bridge this gap seamlessly by improving the inherent qualities of his trainees. He achieves this by constantly motivating them to build self-esteem through altering their self-talk. In each of his training sessions, he believes in connecting with his audience and imparting quality. His remarkable attributes of observation, patience, and great listening skills, combined with empathy, are what make him distinctive as a trainer and motivator.
