Protocol is a Bangalore-based corporate training company founded by Kauser Khan on one belief: real growth blends skill with self-awareness. Every programme we design bridges knowledge and authenticity, helping people communicate, lead and thrive with confidence.
Under Managing Director Usman Khan, who has led the company’s growth, Protocol has become a training partner to 160+ organisations — offering confidence-building courses for individuals, soft skills and compliance training for enterprises — with technical upskilling for modern teams on the way.

2007
Protocol is founded in Bengaluru as a centre for confidence building.
2009
Our first corporate programmes, with Cross Domain and Torry Harris Business Solutions.
2010
In-house classes begin, helping individuals build their skills — as Accenture, Bosch and IIM Bangalore join our client list.
2014
Executive Coaching and the Train the Trainer certification are introduced.
2017
National Award for Excellence in Corporate Training from the Government of India.
2018
Business Communication launches for professionals, and technical training is added for corporate clients.

Kauser Khan
Kauser Khan founded Protocol and leads it as Chief Executive Officer. An international premium lead corporate trainer with an international certification in etiquette and grooming, she brings more than 26 years of global experience — transforming the professional and personal presence of individuals and organisations worldwide.
Beyond training, Kauser is an image stylist and a columnist whose insights have appeared in the Deccan Herald, Times of India, Deccan Chronicle, DNA, Outlook and Women Planet, among others. She has been featured in Forbes India and on the cover of Silicon India.

Usman Khan
Usman Khan is Protocol’s Managing Director. An engineer by qualification and a certified corporate trainer by profession, he joined Protocol to build on its founding vision and has led the company’s growth into a training partner for 160+ organisations. In 2026, he was featured in Forbes India’s “Influential business leaders in India”, and he writes on the future of workplace skills for publications such as ETEdge Insights — most recently on preparing India’s workplace for the AI–human skills era (September 2026).
Usman understands the gap between the aspirations of today’s young professionals and the realities of corporate life, and his programmes focus on practical skills, confidence and personal growth. Participants know him for his keen observation, empathy, patience and listening — qualities that help every session deliver measurable, lasting growth.
