Who can take this soft skills training?
Soft skills training can be availed by anyone above the age of 16. Students, graduates, job seekers, working professionals or anybody would like to elevate their skills to the next level.
Is soft skills training available online?
Yes. We offer group classes and one to one coaching programs online as well.
Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in soft skills training?
Candidates are required to be familiar with English language. Basic levels are not taken as part of the syllabus. however, we do cover intermediate and advanced levels of English communication skills.

Who are the trainers?
We have full time Soft-Skills trainers certified with Image consulting and communication based certifications.
Do participants receive a certificate upon completing soft skills training?
Yes. Participants will receive a certificate upon completing the program.
Do you provide post-training support?
Yes. We would be sharing a E-book. Post the training’s which would have different self learning content and activities so that candidates has continue their journey of self improvement. We would also be connected with them via WhatsApp to clarify their doubts or queries even after the formal completion of the course opted for.
How can I assess my progress in soft skills training?
We use experience modification methodology of learning. With the help of feedback and self analysis, progress can be monitored almost on a weekly basis.
What if I'm not able to attend the class after registering?
We will compensate for the classes missed if the candidate informs the office about the absence at least one day before the next session has been scheduled.

Can I apply the Skills I learn in Personality Development Training to my personal and/or professional life?
Yes, these are practical personality development skills that can be implemented/practiced almost immediately.
What should I expect during the Personality Development Training sessions?
These would be experience modification programs. So Personality Development course’s conducted using activities, roleplays, feedback, presentations, etc.
Will the Personality Development Training be conducted in a group setting or individually?
The personality development course module is conducted in a group. Again, we have online/ offline options available.
A one-to-one training is provided under the Executive Coaching program.

Can I take a Communication Skills Training online?
Yes, the Communication Skills course is available online. Again, we also having the option of group classes or one-to-one training.
How long does the Communication Skills Training program last?
The Communication Skills group classes vary from 6 to 8 weeks in duration. One-to-one trainings can be between 12-24* sessions, depending on the pre-assessment.
Would IELTS or TOEFL training be included in this?
No, we do not cover the format of the above exams. But, we do have a course structure that involves some of its elements.
